Two Musicians

| "Auf welches Instrument sind wir gespannt?" --Ranier Maria Rilke There was your voice and a note that sang inside and filled me. When I smiled, I heard it booming in the echo of your eyes. There was music that night. Later, when we were lost in arms, we thrummed the clever harmonies that deft hands had crafted into the instrument that we shared. We played and sang beautifully like two strings on some invisible guitar. | |||
